Today, Queens of the Stone Age release their music video for the frisson-inducing ‘Carnavoyeur.’
We, at the BLAG HQ along with our award-winning musician peers are the first to confess to discuss the goosebump ability of the new songs.
The lyric video comes two days ahead of their eagerly anticipated eighth album ‘In Times New Roman,’ on Matador.
Directed by Liam Lynch and featuring Josh Homme, the video presents in high contrast black and white, with splashes of (blood) red.
Bela Lugosi would likely approve, as the video gives an iconic 1950s Horror feel.
‘Carnavoyeur,’ opens with a single Wurlitzer, glides into a bass-heavy, melodic guitar, slick beat and collides perfectly with Josh’s harmonic voice. The concoction has fans giddy about the album release.
